Great Belize Adventure in Southern Belize Day 1. Travel from the international airport to Placencia airport, where a taxi will be waiting for you. then take a ride by boat to Monkey River village through Mangrove. Depending on the time you get settled in the hotel. We do a tour around the village of Monkey River to meet the locals. Day 2. Snorkel tour at the snake Cays. Tour leaves at 8:00 am to the snake cays you will do one snorkel session, have lunch, then do another snorkel session, before returning to monkey river around 2:00 pm. Day 3. At 7:00 am the Monkey River tour leaves the dock and returns at 12:00 pm for lunch. This tour Include a River cruise, a Jungle hike, an Encounter with the famous howler monkey, and crocodile, and an abundance of bird and other wildlife. Then you have the rest of the day off to yourself. Day 4. Starts at 8:00 am for a Fun fishing day for fresh river or marine fish you can eat. You will return from drop fishing at around 11:30 am Then you have the rest of the day for yourself. At 6:30 pm As night set in we head up the Monkey River for a night cruise on the boat. (Night spotting tour with head lamp) to encounter any wild nocturnal wildlife especially the elusive jaguar, jaguarundi, puma, ocelot and margay, or any other wildlife we may encounter. We return to your hotel at 11:00 pm Day 5. Tour leave monkey river 8 am sapodilla cays on the most Sothern tip of Belize’s great barrier reef. Where we will do a half day drag line fishing, then have a half day of fun swimming and snorkelling. In beautiful crystal Clare water with beautiful corals and white sandy bottom. We return to Monkey River at 4:00 pm. Day 6. Your tour guide will pick you up at 5:30 am or at twilight for a one-of-a-kind birding and wildlife tour up the monkey river. Breakfast will be served on the boat on our vessel. This is to catch the wildlife early in the morning in their habitat and get a completely different wildlife experience you won’t get anywhere else in Belize, this will blow your mind. We return around 10:30 am. Have lunch at 12:00 pm. Then enjoy the rest of the afternoon with friends as this is our last day. Day 7. Your guide will pick you up from your hotel and take you back to Placencia through waterways and mangroves to catch a flight or take a road trip back to the international airport in Belize City. Depending on time out of the country of Belize you can do an hour stop at the Belize Zoo. Totally up to you. At the international airport, one of the persons from our team or your driver will say our goodbyes.
